The MOQ for other products range from 25 – 100 lbs., and larger for textiles processed on our biggest conversion machines. For the most accurate MOQ information, please inquire here.

Many things can be made from used clothing and other textiles that have been converted back into their original fiber state. For example, denim can be recycled into cotton or cotton blend fibers. This reclaimed fiber material is then sold for use as cleaning and filtering materials, packaging, filler materials, insulation, and other commercial uses. Many fibers can also be spun into yarn or other first quality goods.

Yes, we enjoy working with new customers to help them create a product that will work for their specific needs.

Yes, we are able to process your fibers from used textiles, and then work closely with spinners to have your product converted into yarn that can then be used to make new product. We have also worked with other strategic partners that can help process your fibers into numerous other types of products, including furniture filler, blankets, carpet, mats, luggage, paper, and more.

Yes, depending on the uniform or apparel fabric content. Many companies take advantage of this service to ensure that their branded textiles are properly recycled and turned into usable fibers. Certificates of logo/branded textile recycling are available upon request to companies that wish to include them as part of their ISO and/or sustainability initiatives.

All textiles must be sorted and baled by material type so that the end product (i.e., the reclaimed fiber) is in its purest form. To maintain the integrity of our customers’ formulations, materials must be sorted as required to avoid cross contamination.

Bales are compressed, so they are heavier than loose textiles, making it easier to minimize transportation costs. Once at our facility, the bales can go directly to our recycling equipment. In some states, there are resources available for baling or other recycling equipment; check with your local government or Chamber of Commerce for more information on state resources.

No; textiles that are sent to us in the required sorted bales and weights are sent directly to our processing facilities for recycling.
